Nagaraja Buddha Consecration and Offering Puja (供养龙尊王佛与龙王法会) will be held on 3rd March 2013 at the western sea area of Singapore.
It is believed that by doing this Offering one’s present wealth, fame, relationship, health, confidence, merits will improve, obstacles and sickness will be eliminated.
We should also dedicate the merit both toward the fulfillment of our aspiration, and also for the benefit of all sentient beings. For example, if one wishes to be free from a particular suffering such as a skin disease, the Naga offerings made should be dedicated to the peace and well being of the injured Nagas, and the aspiration can be made that by this offering may all beings afflicted by the wrath of the Nagas be forgiven for their mistakes and may they meet with the cesssation of their ailments etc. Similarly one should pray: May all beings awaken to the heart of enlightenment by this generosity and may this Naga offering assures prosperity for all beings.
Limited number of Naga Vase (龙王宝瓶) is available for sponsorship.

– Do not consume any meat for that day (Vegeterian for that day);
– Do not consume any pungent foods (e.g. garlic, onion etc.);
– Do not apply cosmetics, perfumes and fragranced toiletries;
– Do not smoke, and do not consume alcohol;
– Keep your clothing clean and free from odour or fragrance.

「龍王」是大海中最富有、最有福份的。龍王擁有五通，有大法力。供养龍王，可以息災、得財富、得姻緣、家庭和合、結界護身、祈雨。龍王的功德是非常偉大的。三十五佛之中，有一尊「龍尊王佛」，祂是由龍王修行成佛的，另外「龍王經」裏的龍女，也是蒙佛授記，未來將成佛。龍王成佛，早有經典記載，所以龍王也很希望能夠成佛，供养者若能勸請龍王成佛，必能感應迅速。
龙尊王佛全称“龙种上尊王佛”，是佛教礼仪活动中称颂的三十五佛之一。佛经记载，文殊的现身为菩萨，辅助释尊教化大众，但实际上他在过去、现在、未来三世都是果位上的如来，过去世称“龙种上尊如来”、现在世称“欢喜摩尼宝精佛”、未来世称“普见佛”。《首楞严三昧经》还说，龙尊王佛在过去世成佛后，寿命达44000万年，度尽了世间天人，功德无量.
文殊菩萨的不可思议功德-《大宝积经卷文殊师利授记会》
佛告诸菩萨言。如是如是。如汝所说。善男子。若有受持百千亿诸佛名号。若复有称文殊师利菩萨名者。福多于彼是时。何况称于普见佛名（注：文殊师利成佛之时名为普见）。何以故。彼百千亿那由他佛利益众生。不及文殊师利于一劫中所作饶益。尔时众中无量百千亿那由他。天龙夜叉干闼婆阿修罗迦楼罗紧那罗摩睺罗伽人非人等。同声唱言。南无文殊师利童真菩萨。南无普见如来应正等觉。说此语已。八万四千亿那由他众生。发阿耨多罗三藐三菩提心。无量众生善根成熟。于三乘中得不退转。是时佛告诸菩萨言。如是如是。如汝所说。善男子。若有受持百千亿诸佛名号。若复有称文殊师利菩萨名者。福多于彼。何况称于普见佛名。何以故。彼百千亿那由他佛利益众生。不及文殊师利于一劫中所作饶益。
