沉香是最普遍的供养香品，有解秽流芳、驱虫避邪、正念清神的效果，特别是它的味道清柔甘醇，有利于攝定心神，也可以帮助行气入定，最适合静坐修行者使用。

对一般修行人而言，也是相当有益于身心的修持。

沉香也常被制作成彿珠佩挂于身上、手腕，受体温加热，同时散发香气以定神安邪灵。

礼佛

沉香是特性象征修行者持戒清静之香品，也可以说是解脱者心灵的芳香。

例如在佛说戒德香经中，佛陀就以香来比喻持戒之香，不受顺、逆风的影响，能普熏十方。

在六祖坛经中，也以香来比喻圣者的五分法身香，即戒、定、慧、解脱、解脱知见。

另外佛教中眼、耳、鼻、舌、身、意六根所应对的六尘即色、声、香、味、触，鼻根所应对的是香尘。

楞严经中的香严童子，就是以闻水沉香、观香气出入无常，而证得罗汉果位。

入药

心脏病名药“救心丸”就含有沉香。

沉香是芳香健胃的驱气药，主辛散疏通，在温胃行气药中，功效显著。治逆喘特別有效，对于闭尿症，神经性抑郁胃绞痛等都有效用。

最重要的是可平衡中枢神经、镇静情绪、理诸气而调中，帮助行气入定，在中药材中是非常珍贵的极品。

沉香属自然界中少数据有强烈抗菌效能的生药材，不同于大部分的中药材，沉香是一种极为有效的治疗药，沉香对症状的治疗是明显而立即的。

沉香能降气，治中风，痰喘，口噤等症，入水磨而明，燃香注入鼻孔即苏醒，又可驱除邪气、秽气。

入肾、命门二经，去湿除瘴，镇鬼魅二气，疗风水毒肿，解无形郁障，而开灵台气旺。

古人常作牌状，佩在身上，一以避邪，一则以备不时之需。

泡茶

沉茶具有通经脉及安神之效，气若不顺或心浮不定时，可熏焚沉香或品尝沉茶，体会它在体內的运作，其气上扬时，尤其对脑部上半身有很好的功效，这种经验是很奇妙的。

但这需要特别注意，上乘的沉香原材，未经染色及上腊处理，并树油脂丰富者，方可作泡茶使用，建议香友在购买时询问一下。

提油

沉香中的精华可以蒸馏提炼成“沉香精油”，亦称为涂香。

沉香精油品味清新独特，具医疗保健之效，是种安神的良药，香气沉而凝，经久不散，令人心旷神怡，可降脂平肝、调脾肺、利胸胃，对于修行人更可净化心灵，复可避诸邪镇心神，通气脉等用途，外无诸邪之扰，净念相持，菩提心念自如泉涌，是为修行者的至宝。

沉香油在某些高级品牌香水中是一个极重要的成份，一直以来都是法国顶级香水的重要成份。通常沉香的香味都会出现最后，因为沉香属于尾调，味道沉稳并且留香持久。

镇宅

沉香是如此珍贵难得之宝又经百年以上的腐蚀，其浑然天成的曼妙风姿，奇形异状、千奇百怪、各具不同风味而且好的沉香已不易获得，故为人们所珍藏、观赏，更视为供养、镇宅的宝物。

沉香树相纯阳，味能通三界，用于风水能冲阴合阳而后可以成化生机，如太极之理可品语化机之妙。

以沉香树之阳与周围自然环境相呼应生，清静家宅，令阴不生聚。

香疗

芳香疗法对身体也有直接治愈效果，如消灾、抗菌、镇定、安抚抗敏可自行操作可获得改善，在使用时对一些芳香精油的知识有所了解，才能得心应手、加以运用。

From july things don’t seem to good. Saw plenty of sadness in people. Some places might have some conflict leading to bloodshed.

Nature is not giving us any breather too. Expecting more nature disasters to come and more weird weather conditions.

Wear mask please and take note likely to have some new sickness coming out or some mutation of the current.

Stress between countries likely to increase so travel with care please. Might see some country breaking up bit by bit.

Take note on water and fire. See some blast coming and water issue in many places.

Be positive and do more good merits for yourself and for people around you. More emotional energy surging towards us which cause emotional stress, anxiety and depression. People will have more self doubt and lose confidence so please stay strong.

More human conflict is expected so learn to keep your mouth shut.

Event will start at 3pm for all and ends at 8pm. Blessing will start around 4pm. (you may leave after the blessing)
Pets are welcome for this event.

At 4-8pm you can come and join us. We will be around to guide you on what to do. Blessing will be available during that time.

Tsok offering is direct short-cut to generate tremendous benefits especially when it is performed on an auspicious day. Below are some of the Key benefits:

如是我聞：一時薄伽梵在王舍城鷲峰山頂，與大苾芻眾千二百五十人俱，復有無量無邊大菩薩眾、天龍八部，悉皆雲集。

爾時清淨慧菩薩在眾中坐，為欲愍念諸有情故，作是思惟：「諸佛如來以何因緣，得清淨身，相好具足？」復作是念：「諸眾生類，得值如來，親近供養，所獲福報，無量無邊。未知如來般涅槃後，所有眾生作何供養、修何功德，令彼善根速能究竟無上菩提？」作是念已，即從座起，偏袒右肩，頂禮佛足，長跪合掌白佛言：「世尊！我欲請問，願垂聽許。」

佛言：「善男子！隨汝所問，我當為說。」

爾時清淨慧菩薩白佛言：「諸佛．如來．應．正等覺以何因緣，得清淨身，相好具足？又諸眾生得值如來，親近供養，所獲福報，無量無邊。未審如來般涅槃後，所有眾生作何供養、修何功德，令彼善根速能究竟無上菩提？」

爾時世尊告清淨慧菩薩言：「善哉，善哉！汝能為彼未來眾生，發如是問。汝今諦聽，善思念之，如說修行！吾當為汝分別解說。」

清淨慧菩薩言：「唯然，世尊！願樂欲聞。」

佛告清淨慧菩薩言：「善男子！應知布施、持戒、忍辱、精進、靜慮、智慧、慈悲喜捨、解脫、解脫知見、力、無所畏、一切佛法、一切種智善清淨故，如來清淨。若於如是，諸佛如來，以清淨心種種供養：香花瓔珞、幡蓋敷具，布在佛前，種種嚴飾，上妙香水澡浴尊儀，燒香普熏運心法界。復以飲食、鼓樂、弦歌、讚詠如來不共功德，發殊勝願，迴向無上一切智海，所生功德，無量無邊，乃至菩提，常令相續。所以者何？如來福、智不可思議，無數無等。善男子！諸佛世尊具有三身，謂法身、受用身、化身。我涅槃後，若欲供養此三身者，當供養舍利。然有二種：一者、身骨舍利；二者、法頌舍利。」

即說頌曰：「諸法從緣起，如來說是因；彼法因緣盡，是大沙門說。」

「若男子、女人、苾芻五眾應造佛像。若無力者，下至大如䵃麥，造窣覩波形如棗許，剎竿如針，蓋如麩片，舍利如芥子，或寫法頌，安置其中。如上珍奇，而為供養，隨己力能，至誠殷重，如我現身，等無有異。善男子！若有眾生能作如是勝供養者，成就十五殊勝功德，而自莊嚴：一者、常有慚愧；二者、發淨信心；三者、其心質直；四者、親近善友；五者、入無漏慧；六者、常見諸佛；七者、恆持正法；八者、能如說行；九者、隨意當生淨佛國土；十者、若生人中，大姓尊貴，人所敬奉，生歡喜心；十一、者生在人中，自然念佛；十二者、諸魔軍眾不能損惱；十三者、能於末世護持正法；十四者、十方諸佛之所加護；十五者、速得成就五分法身。

爾時世尊即說頌曰：

我般涅槃後，能供養舍利，或造窣覩波，及以如來像，
於彼像塔處，塗拭曼荼羅，以種種香華，散布於其上，
以淨妙香水，灌沐於像身，上味諸飲食，盡持以供養。
讚歎如來德，無量難思議，方便智神通，速至於彼岸。
獲得金剛身，具三十二相，八十隨形好，濟度諸群生。

爾時清淨慧菩薩聞是頌已，白佛言：「未來眾生云何浴像？」

佛告清淨慧菩薩言：「汝等當於如來起正念心，勿著二邊，迷於空有；於諸善品，渴仰無厭；三解脫門，善修智慧；常求出離，勿住生死；於諸眾生，起大慈悲，願得速成三種身故。善男子！我已為汝說四真諦、十二緣生、六波羅蜜，今更為汝及諸國王、王子、大臣、後宮、妃后、天龍、人鬼說浴像法，諸供養中最為第一，勝以恆河沙等七寶布施。若浴像時，應以牛頭栴檀、白檀、紫檀、沉水、熏陸、鬱金香、龍腦香、零陵、藿香等，於淨石上磨作香泥，用為香水，置淨器中。於清淨處，以好土作壇，或方或圓，隨時大小，上置浴床，中安佛像，灌以香湯，淨潔洗沐，重澆清水。所用之水，皆須淨濾，勿使損虫。其浴像水，兩指瀝取，安自頂上，名吉祥水，瀉於淨地，莫令足踏。以細軟巾，拭像令淨，燒諸名香，周遍香馥，安置本處。善男子！由作如是浴佛像故，能令汝等人、天大眾現受富樂，無病延年；於所願求，無不遂意；親友眷屬，悉皆安隱；長辭八難，永出苦源；不受女身，速成正覺。既安置已，更燒諸香，親對像前，虔誠合掌，而說讚曰：

我今灌沐諸如來，淨智功德莊嚴聚，願彼五濁眾生類，速證如來淨法身。
戒定慧解知見香，遍十方剎常芬馥，願此香煙亦如是，無量無邊作佛事。
亦願三塗苦輪息，悉令除熱得清涼，皆發無上菩提心，亦出愛河登彼岸。

佛說此經已，是時眾中有無量無邊菩薩，得無垢三昧；無量諸天得不退智；諸聲聞眾願求佛果；八萬四千眾生皆發阿耨多羅三藐三菩提心。

爾時清淨慧菩薩白佛言：「世尊！幸蒙大師哀愍我等，教浴像法。我今勸化國王、大臣、一切信心樂功德者，於日日中澡沐尊儀，獲大利益，常當頂受，歡喜奉行！」
