On 15 November I will be doing a small Puja for dispelling of disaster for 2025. This will be done on behalf of you which means that participants do not need to attend physically.
However, you can join the Puja by indicating interest by sending me your Full name in Chinese and DOB. I will do the blessing for all participants during the event.

On 31 Oct 2024 we will be doing Medicine Buddha Event.
We invite all who wish to join the event to come any time from 3-8pm. For attendees please be on vegetarian diet on that day.
We will be doing up a Medicine Buddha Mandala and you may come to pay respect and seek blessing thereafter. 2025 we might see lots of health issue and likely to have a new disease attacking our family so it will be good to attend this event to ask for good health. We highly recommend you do merits for your family especially your parents.

Offering light to Medicine Buddha during a puja is a practice that purifies negative karma, aligns us with profound healing energy, and fosters mindfulness. It not only brings spiritual growth, family harmony, and personal well-being but also sets the stage for the blossoming of our business/career endeavors, good health, financial prosperity, and avoidance of calamities.

By offering a Medicine Buddha statue according to the scriptures, we create a strong spiritual connection that bathes us and our family in healing vibes. It sharpens our mind, fortifies us during challenges, and invites good health while safeguarding our family from disasters. This practice acts as a guiding light, leading both our family and ourselves toward a healthier and peaceful life.
For this event we will be setting up the altar on 23 Oct 2024 and my students we will be doing 7 days prayers prior to the actual event day. We will also open up the chance for you to get involved by doing the following offerings,

This candle will be lit during the retreat.
(H2) 1-Day Candle Offering to the 12 Yaksha Generals – $96 The 12 Yaksha Generals are revered protectors who stand at the side of the Medicine Buddha, representing vital qualities associated with health and healing. In Tibetan Buddhism, they are our steadfast allies in the journey to well-being, providing a spiritual shield against ailments and obstacles. Their presence magnifies the compassionate energy of the Medicine Buddha, creating a comprehensive approach to health and spiritual growth that promises a harmonious and flourishing life.

Many will know that I went for retreat recently for 2025 but during retreat this round more of 2024 is coming to me. So maybe let me pen down some of it.
2024 is coming to an end but the whole energy of the remaining 2024 doesn’t seem to be good.
Likely we will expect more trouble for mother earth after mid Autmn till end of the year.
I saw some fire issue and earth issue so those going earthquake and volcano zone please take note. Flood is also expected as I saw ppl on boat in the middle of the street.
Finance Market likely to have some fake news or fake recovery so do take note on investment. Cash is King.
More clashes likely to happen between ppl, leaders, countries so look out for potential war, fights, terrorist attack etc… (More injury and death are expected)
Assassination!!! Saw some trouble for world leaders.
Illness is another problem which might again disrupt our plans.

Chinese Lunar 7th Month will start on 4th Aug 2024. Many will start preparing to do offering to the spirits while some will be doing merits for their parents or their ancestors. While cultivators like us will also remember our duties to help all from 6 realms.
For lunar 7th month we will be doing few events for you to participate and also few lesson for you to attend.
For lesson, please check on the next post for details. For event we will have a prayer on 18 Aug 2024. This event is to do merits for all the wandering spirits and also to do prayer to seeking forgiveness. (see more detail under part C)
Details for the event for all to participate,
(A) Light Offering
One may do a light offerings. You may do it for Parents/grandparents/spouse/any elder in the family/ancestors/your departed love ones/anyone ill/for yourselves which often we forgot we need to love ourselves.
Why lights? Light means understanding because light represents wisdom. And light removes and dispels misunderstanding. All of our sufferings come from not knowing and not seeing. Offering lights indirectly removes confusion. To be successful in life we need to have clear ideas and a good understanding. And we should not just believe that success and good results are based on luck. Instead, when we have problems, we search for a clear understanding and wisdom to solve those problems.
Throughout the Buddhist world, in all traditions of Buddhist practice, devotees offer light. The life stories of accomplished men and women give examples of people beginning their path to liberation by offering light to an image or at a place of pilgrimage. We are lighting the way for ourselves and for other beings when we make the wish to dispel the darkness of ignorance!

(B) Offering of Statues
Buddha is saying that even though we cannot see the actual Buddha, if we make offerings to these holy objects symbolic of Buddha, the merit is equal to that of actually seeing Buddha and making offerings. It is not that the merit of those who met Shakyamuni Buddha in ancient times and were able to make offerings to him is not more than that of offering merely to a statue of Buddha. The result is exactly the same. This is very important to understand and very important to remember in our daily life. When we offer our food and drink, when we make offerings on the altar, whenever we do the practice of offering in our everyday life, we should feel great happiness.
Then Buddha said, “This is due to the blessings of Buddha. This is the reality but ordinary beings whose minds are undeveloped cannot see these benefits.”
“This is due to the blessings of Buddha” means that making offerings to statues has the same result due to the power of the holy object.”
Therefore we have made available 50 small Ksitigarbha (地藏王菩萨）statues for offering. Please note that the statues will be placed at Center’s 地藏王 Altar. This offering will be yearly basis. No choosing of location of statue. You may msg me for more clarification.

Participants of this event will be recommended to attend this event if you can, and the timing is from 3pm to 7pm. However, if you are not available on the day please inform us and we will do the prayer for you. Please send me the name and let me know if you are attending.

On 18 Aug 2024 we will be also doing a prayer for wandering souls. We have 49 lotus for this event. Please note that this is a prayer for helping wandering souls leading them in crossing the rainbow bridge. For those coming for the part C you may join us for this chanting at 8pm.
